Bryan S. Smith - Vice President of Worldwide Marketing
I began my career in the travel industry beginning in 1985 as a flight attendant with US Airways. In that capacity, I traveled throughout our great country, coast-to-coast and to many international destinations. My career progressed over 25+ years in numerous capacities, including positions in media relations, corporate communications and corporate sales and marketing as a specialist for Moscow, Dubai and Kuwait while at United Airlines.
I have a passion for travel and the arts and I have published a portfolio of freelance articles on these subjects in a number of luxury magazines throughout the Northeast, Southern California and Colorado.
As an accredited tour director from the International Tour Management Institute (ITMI), located in San Francisco, my specialty is Italy, including the regions of Tuscany, Emilia Romagna, Liguria, Lombardy and Veneto.
My philosophy about travel is to facilitate the movement of people around the globe and help travelers gain a deeper understanding and respect for one another, making a difference through creativity, optimism and a genuine passion for travel. Travel has always been the most important medium to self-discovery. The interactions each day with people, cultures and backgrounds different than one’s own, offer perspectives unmatched in any other industry.
